Danish Handcrafted Wine

Ingrid is made from late harvested Danish Ingrid Marie apples. The northern climate makes the perfect environment for these apples, where the temperature shifts from cold nights to long and bright days, which gives the apple a lengthy maturation developing a stunning aroma and a unique acidity. The apple juice is fermented by low temperatures in the winter, and the second fermentation happens in the bottle before degorgement - like a champagne. It is matured for at least 15 months before bottling. 

Ingrid should cooled down before being served and is recommended as an aperitif or accompanied by fish, shellfish, poultry or light meat.

This edition won a bronze medal at International Food Contest 2018.
